Extremely relaxing and we can hardly wait to book another week!!
This is the best Vacation we’ve ever been on to just totally relax.
The host was so nice and responded with in minutes but we had no complaints at all.
We will most definitely be back again.

We stayed at Kevin’s place for fall break with family friends. We had 4 adults and 3 young children. Coffee in the swing each morning by the river was so peaceful. We also enjoyed watching football games and listening to music out on the porch. The fire pit and hot tub made for great late night chats once the kids went to bed. It was a great vacation in a beautiful and peaceful place. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Beautiful home and perfect location! Close to everything in Blue Ridge with gorgeous views! Kevin was quick to respond and helpful throughout our weekend stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house is clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy. The views are breathtaking! Our kids loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Kevin was a responsive and helpful host. We can’t wait to return!

The cabin was an ideal family getaway with stunning views and a prime location. The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions that our kids loved. The cabin itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with essentials. We also enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas and fire pits. Kevin, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to returning with friends and family in the future.

Hands up 🙌 absolutely beautiful place to stay! Kevin has everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size refrigerators, multiple fire pits, blankets, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and so much more. Our family needed this. The view is amazing!! The location is just a few minutes away from anything you'd want to do. Kevin's communication is top tier! This place is perfect for any family looking to get away and have all that you'll need without being on top of eachother. Majestic is a perfect description! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent experience!

The host was super kind and super responsive. The home was amazing! It was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home and relaxed.
We have a 2 year old boy so being so close to the train every day was a core memory we made! It was the most priceless experience to catch it every day!
The kitchen had all utensils we could think of for cooking , the beds were the comfiest we have been in!
There were games and puzzles and fishing poles and fire wood and more!!
We fished in the river, used the hot tub , rocking chairs daily , and ate all meals on the outside table!
This home was truly 10/10. We made the best memories and felt so at home. It literally had everything we needed and more.

Kevin was a fantastic host! His cabin was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described — the perfect getaway spot. Everything worked seamlessly, so we never ran into a single issue during our stay. On the one occasion we reached out, Kevin responded right away with kindness and helpfulness that made us feel well taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Had a fantastic stay at this Blue Ridge cabin! Perfectly spacious for two families, with a nice spacious deck and a pool that became our favorite hangout spot. The corn hole boards and gas fireplaces around each sitting area were great additions, and the views were stunning. Highly recommend!

Kevin, is a wonderful host and the home is just incredible.
The setting on the Toccoa River is amazing and so relaxing.
Everything in all the photos were exactly as it was represented.
The Fire Pit is so enjoyable because you sit and enjoy the River.
Our grandchildren so enjoyed “TROUT N ABOUT” that they didn’t want to go home. This was one of the best times we’ve ever had with our entire family. The covered Decks and the Hot Tub along with the huge backyard was a great Bonus.
